Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

Take notice that on 22 February 2011, TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6951112.3 (South Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 36 Clinkard Avenue, Rotorua, being all the land comprised in certificate of title SA36A/508.
