Cancellation of Designation of Auditing Agency

Pursuant to section 37(1)(c) of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001 ("the Act"), the Director-General of Health cancels the designation of

Enhancing Quality Services Limited
to audit the provision of health and disability services under the Act.

This cancellation takes effect from 17 September 2010.
