Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, that part of the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a waka landing place, meeting place and recreational ground for the common use and benefit of the Pirirakau tribe.

Setting Apart Māori Land as a Māori Reservation

Excluding Māori Freehold Land From a Māori Reservation
Whereas by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette,
14 May 1959, No. 27, page 614, and New Zealand Gazette,
14 March 1994, No. 31, page 1284, the lands described in the First Schedule hereto were set apart as Māori reservations for the purpose of a burial ground for the descendants of Wi Parata, and whereas it is now desired to exclude land from the Māori reservation being the areas described in the Second Schedule hereto, now therefore,
pursuant to section 338(5)(a) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the areas described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby excluded from the Māori reservation known as Ruakohatu Urupaa Reservation.
