Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Grey District Council from the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and vested in Her Majesty The Queen for conservation purposes, subject to the Conservation Act 1987.
