Buyer Credit Guarantee to Barclays Bank Plc in relation to a loan agreement between Barclays Bank Plc and its borrower. The New Zealand Export Credit Office Guarantee provided a maximum exposure of EUR 40,500,000. A premium, commensurate with the risk, was paid for this Guarantee.

Under section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission gives the following notice.

Notice

This notice is the Kamo Fire District Notice, February 2011.
This notice comes into force on the day of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the Kamo Fire District.

Constitution of a Fire District

(a) The urban area of Kamo is constituted as a fire district.

(b) The fire district is assigned the name “Kamo Fire District”.

(c) The boundary of the fire district is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Headquarters, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
