The amended participation fees apply from 8 December 2011.
The amended certification fees apply from 1 January 2012.
The amended fees are set out in the table below:

All other existing quota management fees remain the same.
For the 2012 EU Sheepmeat and Goatmeat TRQ and US Beef and Veal TRQ:
The quantum of the variable participation fees payable by each New Entrant and General Quota Holder will be notified to those persons by the Board following the annual allocation of TRQ Allowances, and are due by 31 December 2011. As above, these fees will be at the amended rate of $1.80 per tonne (GST exclusive).
The EU Sheepmeat and Goatmeat TRQ applies to 227,854 tonnes carcass weight equivalent and the tariff rate for “in quota” imports is zero.
The US Beef and Veal TRQ applies to 213,402 tonnes product weight and the tariff rate for “in quota” imports is $US0.044 per kilogram on most beef products.

Notice of Date of Separation Day
In accordance with section 2(3) of the Telecommunications (TSO, Broadband and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2011, Telecom hereby notifies that the date of separation day (ie when Telecom Corporation of New Zealand Limited distributed 100% of the ordinary shares it held in Chorus Limited in accordance with the demerger separation arrangement plan) was 30 November 2011.
