Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise Proceeds of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of by the Hutt City Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, to be used and applied, in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Amendment to Fees in Relation to Quota Management Systems—European Union (EU) Sheepmeat and Goatmeat Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ), EU High Quality Beef TRQ and United States (US) Beef and Veal TRQ
The New Zealand Meat Board (“the Board”) has reviewed its existing quota management fee structure for the EU Sheepmeat and Goatmeat TRQ, EU High Quality Beef TRQ and US Beef and Veal TRQ and has determined that certification fees and participation fees payable in respect of these quotas be amended pursuant to section 36 of the Meat Board Act 2004.
