Land Acquired for Footpath, and Road Stopped and Amalgamated—Villa Street, Masterton
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 17 and 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for footpath and vested in the Masterton District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN67/239, subject to all existing encumbrances, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 60 Ruby Bay Bypass, Tasman District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and which has the effect of adding the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to State Highway 60, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be declared road and to vest in the Tasman District Council;
(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule is to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;
(d) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 52, to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
