Land Acquired for Road and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Trig Road, Hobsonville, Auckland

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and vests in the Crown;

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and vests in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested in the South Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to a building covenant that disallows any buildings to be built on or relocated to that part of the area so acquired as provided by consent notice 6193017.2 and now marked "D" on SO 446059.
