as a Child and Family Support Service, approved pursuant to section 396 of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989, was suspended on 17 June 2011.

Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996
Notice of Intention to Apply for Approval of Code of Practice
Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“HSNO Act”), the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) gives notice that the LPG Association of New Zealand intends to apply for an amendment to the code of practice HSNOCOP 38 In-situ Filling of LPG Cylinders.
This code provides a means by which filling of cylinders by volume can be undertaken in-situ from a road tank wagon utilising an ullage or contents gauge.
Written submissions in relation to the approval of this code can be made by mail or email to Code of Practice Submissions, Hazardous Substances Group, EPA, PO Box 131, Wellington 6140. Email: submissions@epa.govt.nz
Submissions close on 15 December 2011.
A copy of the code can be inspected at the Wellington Office of the EPA, Level 1, BP House, 20 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
