Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 April 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Kawhena Matthews in respect of KaTui Early Childhood Learning Centre (10109), situated at 52 Guy Road, Kaikohe.
