Take notice that on Friday 4 March 2011, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7471417.3 (South Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 32A Ranginui Road, Tauranga, being all the land comprised in certificate of title SA41B/271.
