Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How to Utilise the Proceeds of Sale
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose reserve described in the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of by the Wellington City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation over the recreation reserve described in the Schedule, and declares the land may be disposed of by the Hutt City Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council’s reserve account, to be used and applied, in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
