Reserves Act 1977
Change of Name of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the name of the scenic reserve described in the Schedule and previously known as the Pupu Springs Scenic Reserve.
The reserve shall, from the date of publication of this notice, be known as the Te Waikoropupū Springs Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the East Coast Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (parking) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines.
