Land Declared Road and Road to be Stopped—

Malaghans Road, Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, Section 7 SO 431042 being amalgamated with the land in Lot 9 DP 300837 held in Computer Freehold Registers 4011, 4012, 4014 and 4016, subject to Mortgage 6588998.9, 4017, Computer Freehold Register 16488, subject to Mortgage 8266276.2 and Caveat 8266276.3, Computer Freehold Registers 228726 and 297473, subject to Mortgage 7996159.2, and Computer Freehold Register 297474, Section 8 SO 431042 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT7D/611 and Section 9 SO 431042 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT7D/608.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
