Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 August 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Heather Anderson in respect of Kiwicare Tennessee 3 (25422), situated at 48 Tennessee Avenue, Mangere, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Education, Curriculum and Performance, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Bernard’s College, Lower Hutt (260).

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 18 August 2011.
