Education Act 1989

Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of Barrytown School (3290)

Pursuant to section 105A of the Education Act 1989 (“the Act”), I approve the following constitution for the Board of Trustees of Barrytown School:

• Two trustees appointed by the Minister of Education;
• one elected parent representative; and
• the principal of the school.

The constitution will operate as if sections 96, 97, 99, 101, 102, 104 and 105 of the Act apply where relevant.
