Pursuant to sections 139(1)(a) and 142(1)(i) of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006, the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Fees) Notice 2010, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 October 2010, No. 143, page 3604, is amended as follows:
By amending clause (8) to read
“Examination fee for examinations 9192, 9193, 9194, 9195, 9196, 9197 and 9198 for each examination 300.00”

Pursuant to section 75(i) of the Veterinarians Act 2005, the Veterinary Council of New Zealand sets out in this notice* the following prescribed minimum standards for practising as a veterinarian:
- Fitness to Practise
A veterinarian must be fit in order to maintain his or her practising certificate and to practise as a veterinarian in New Zealand.
