Land Set Apart for the Construction and Operation of a Substation—251 Bell Road, Papamoa, Western Bay of Plenty District
Pursuant to sections 52(1) and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for the construction and operation of a substation, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and subject to a fencing covenant under the Fencing Act 1978, and shall vest in Independent Transmission Services Limited as authorised by section 186(4) of the Resource Management Act 1991 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
