Pursuant to sections 406 and 409 of the Building Act 2004 (“the Act”), I give notice that the following Compliance Documents for the New Zealand Building Code are proposed to be amended by changes to material incorporated by reference:

  • D1 – Access Routes
  • E1 – Surface Water
  • E3 – Internal Moisture
  • G1 – Personal Hygiene
  • G12 – Water Supplies
  • G13 – Foul Water
