Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

On the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described as Lot 72B No. 3Y No. 9A (Tu te Ao Marae) and Matata Lot 72B No. 3Y No. 13 was set apart as a Māori reservation by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 October 1985, No. 201, page 4768, and New Zealand Gazette, 5 December 1996, No. 176, page 4646, for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Ngā Maihi.

Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart and is to be included in the said reservation.

South Auckland Land District

Schedule

All that piece of land situated in Block X Rangitaiki Upper Survey District and described as follows:

Area Description
m² 1593 All of the land known as Matata Lot 72B No. 3Y No. 6 Block; shown on ML13246 and contained in Computer Freehold Register 383466.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of commemorating Ngawhata Eliza Rangimata Page by establishing a memorial to her for the benefit of her descendants.

Part of that piece of land situated in Block III Oropuke Survey District contained in Computer Freehold Register 517029 and described as follows:
