Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice realigning a road, dated the 3rd day of May 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 May 2011, No. 64, page 1501, by deleting from the Second Schedule and inserting at the end of the First Schedule the land described as:

“40 Adjoining or passing through Part Lot 3 DP 7307, subject to the rights and powers implied and attaching to the water rights created by Transfer 180367; shown as Section 4 on SO 436297”.
