I, William Henry David More, Acting Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 23 December 2010 I became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Panda Catering (Wellington) Limited from the Register of Companies on 23 April 2008) with rights as owner of 5,000 shares in Panda Angus Limited.

Notification of Release of Draft Standard Terms Determination for the Mobile Termination Access Services (MTAS) Under the Telecommunications Act 2001

Pursuant to section 30K of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“the Commission”) gives public notice that it has released its draft standard terms determination in relation to the following designated access service:

Mobile termination access services (MTAS).

A copy of the draft determination for the MTAS can be found on the Commission’s website:

The closing date for submissions to the Commission on the draft determination is 5.00pm on 7 February 2011.

The closing date for cross-submissions to the Commission is 5.00pm on 17 February 2011.
