Vesting Reserve in Selwyn District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Selwyn District Council in trust for local purpose (public utility) purposes.
