Change of Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, to scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserves and Vesting in the Hurunui District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act, and vests the reserves in the Hurunui District Council in trust for those purposes.
