With effect on and from 1 October 2010, Appendix 2 of the principal notice is amended by deleting from the Fee type “Any other fees, costs or expenses” the expression “0.02%” and replacing it with “0.06%”.

KiwiSaver Default Provider (National Mutual Corporate Superannuation Services Limited (trading as AXA New Zealand)) Amendment Notice 2010 (No. 2)
Pursuant to subsections 180(1)(d) and 180(2) of the KiwiSaver Act 2006, notice is given of a variation to the instrument of appointment appointing National Mutual Corporate Superannuation Services Limited (trading as AXA New Zealand) as a KiwiSaver Default Provider
Pursuant to clause 10 of the KiwiSaver Default Provider (National Mutual Corporate Superannuation Services Limited (trading as AXA New Zealand)) Notice 2007, the Minister of Finance and Minister of Commerce jointly give the following notice.

- Title—(1) This is the KiwiSaver Default Provider (National Mutual Corporate Superannuation Services Limited (trading as AXA New Zealand)) Amendment Notice 2010 (No. 2).
(2) In this notice, the KiwiSaver Default Provider (National Mutual Corporate Superannuation Services Limited (trading as AXA New Zealand)) Notice 2007, dated at Wellington on the 2nd day of April 2007*, as amended from time to time, is called the “principal notice”.

Commencement—This notice comes into force on the day after the date on which it is published in the New Zealand Gazette.

With effect on and from 18 September 2010, Appendix 2 of the principal notice is amended by deleting from the Fee type “Switching fees” the words “2 free switches between investment products will be allowed in any one year, with a charge of $50 thereafter” and replacing them with the word “Nil”.
