Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Whangarei 2010, No. 9.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part II of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road—651 Dominion Road, Balmoral, Auckland City

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Easement Acquired for the Oakura Pipeline—Wairau Road, Oakura, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the easement described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired over:

(a) The land of Helen Anne Ivess as to an undivided one-half share and Ian Blair Ivess as to an undivided one-half share (“The First Grantor”); and

(b) The land of Elisabeth Geraldine Hinton (“The Second Grantor”); and

(c) The land of Aaron Delaney Hinton and Elisabeth Geraldine Hinton (“The Third Grantor”); and

(d) The land of Carolyn June Niwa and Eileen Margaret Holt (“The Fourth Grantor”); and

(e) The land of Maxwell Brent Hardy (“The Fifth Grantor”); and

(f) The land of Gary Howard Adams and Susanne Ruth Moorfield (“The Sixth Grantor”); and

(g) The land of Sarah Churchill, Shaun Thomas Churchill and VBW Trustees No. 1 Limited (“The Seventh Grantor”); and

(h) The land of Kevin John Robinson and Mandy Ann Robinson (“The Eighth Grantor”)

(the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Grantors each to be known as “The Owner”), being the land described in the First Schedule to this notice for the purposes of the Oakura Pipeline upon the terms and conditions set out in the Third Schedule to this notice and shall vest in the New Plymouth District Council (“the Council”) as Grantee on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
