to apply STOS management systems and processes to the execution of support services in relation to Pohokura Production Station.

STOS shall retain appropriate ISO 9001 certification.

SGS M&I shall remain engaged as the recognised inspection body to test and inspect equipment listed in the OITP.
-
Equipment inspection intervals shall not exceed the extended inspection intervals given in table 4.1 of AS/NZS 3788:2006 Pressure equipment – In-service inspection.
-
STOS shall, at appropriate times, review any actual or proposed process or operational changes in order to establish their impact on safety.

STOS shall, at the earliest opportunity, advise SGS M&I of any process changes which may affect equipment life or the frequency or type of inspection as set out in the OITP.
-
STOS shall, at the earliest opportunity, advise SGS M&I of any changes to, or affecting, STOS personnel which may affect inspection as set out in the OITP.
-
STOS shall have SGS M&I inspectors attend the station to monitor the results of inspections and to assess their impact on the OITP. The frequency of attendance at the station shall be determined by SGS M&I.

STOS and SGS M&I shall review the OITP annually, or more frequently if required by SGS M&I.

SGS M&I shall audit the STOS management system annually.

This recognition is of the OITP document and not actual inspection intervals, which shall be approved by SGS M&I.

To avoid doubt, this revocation is in relation to the Direction set out in the above notice, and does not purport to re-instigate any past Direction revoked in that notice.
