Under Rule 20(3) of the District Court Rules 1992, I, Georgina te Heuheu, Minister for Courts:

(a) Revoke, with effect on the close of 30 June 2010, the directions made, pursuant to Rule 20(3) of the District Court Rules 1992, in respect of the following courts:

Sentencing Act 2002

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Upper Hutt District Court on 30 June 2010 for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

1993 Honda Civic, Registration No. SH3494.

Against: Anzac Jacob Kotahi Ngatai.

Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (04) 914 3380) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.

This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.

Notice of Recognition of Documents Under the Health and Safety in Employment (Pressure Equipment, Cranes, and Passenger Ropeways) Regulations 1999

Pursuant to Regulation 22 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Pressure Equipment, Cranes, and Passenger Ropeways) Regulations 1999, I, Richard Steel, in exercise of those powers delegated to me by the Secretary of Labour, hereby give notice of recognition of an Overall Inspection and Test Plan (OITP) submitted by Shell Exploration NZ Limited.

The OITP applies to the Pohokura Production Station and specifies, among other things, the inspection intervals for a range of pressure equipment.

Recognition is granted subject to the following limits and conditions:

The pressure equipment for which extended inspection intervals will be approved by the appointed inspection body, SGS M&I, is limited to that listed in the OITP.
Shell Todd Oil Services (STOS), which is authorised by Shell Exploration NZ Limited, shall retain authority.
