developed under the Maritime Transport Act 1994.

Conservation Act 1987

Authorisation of Exchange of Conservation Area for Other Land

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Tongariro-Taupo Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the conservation area described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule be held for the purposes of a marginal strip.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Authorisation of Exchange of Conservation Area for Other Land

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator, Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, declares that the land described in the First Schedule is held for conservation purposes and further, authorises the exchange of that land for the land described in the Second Schedule, and specifies that the land in the latter Schedule be held for conservation purposes.
