Land Notices

Conservation Act 1987

Revocation of a Notice Relating to Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Disposal of a Conservation Area, and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Under section 50A(1) of the Conservation Act 1987, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Conservation Support Manager revokes the notice headed Declaring Land to be held for Conservation Purposes and Disposal of a Conservation Area dated 1 December 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 December 2009, No. 183, page 4436, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Disposal of a Conservation Area

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes and further gives notice of the disposal in fee simple of the said land for a consideration of $5,000.00 inclusive of GST.

Revocation of Specially Protected Area

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Conservator, West Coast Conservancy, revokes the declaration as an amenity area and further revokes the declaration as a conservation park over the land described in the Schedule.

Education Act 1989

Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.
