Airworthiness Directives

Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.

These airworthiness directives will come into force on 27 May 2010:

Government Roading Powers Act 1989

Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003

New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2010/06

Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and the Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003, the New Zealand Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

1. Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as the New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2010/06 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Amendments—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Maximum Speeds of Vehicles on State Highways) Bylaw 2005/7* is hereby amended by:

• Amending line 614(c) in Schedule 3 to read:

“New Zealand Transport Agency Region: 12

Locality: Arahura
From (RP): – To (RP): –
Distance from nearest Road/Feature: From 700 metres north of the northern abutment of the Arahura River Bridge to 700 metres south of the northern abutment of the Arahura River Bridge.
Speed Restriction (km/h): 80
