Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 29 April 2010 under minute number CL/APR/405/10:

"That the following lot is declared to be Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977:

Schedule

870 square metres more or less being Allotment 379 Parish of Manurewa contained in Certificate of Title 16A/550".

Exchange of Land for Reserve Purposes—Part 43A Korokoro Road and Part of Belmont Regional Park, Hutt City

Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hutt City Council authorises the exchange of the recreation reserve land described in the First Schedule to this notice for the land described in the Second Schedule of this notice:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule shall vest in Kilkelly Developments Limited as to a one-half share, John Walsh as to a one-quarter share and Mary Josephine Walsh as to a one-quarter share and shall be amalgamated with the balance of the land in Computer Freehold Register WN57C/543); and

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule shall vest in the Hutt City Council as recreation reserve and shall be amalgamated with the balance of the land in Computer Freehold Register WN45D/237) on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
