(2) the Portage Licensing Trust;
in all that land at 24 Totara Avenue, New Lynn, Waitakere City, which comprises 460 square metres with a legal description of Part Allotment 257 Parish of Waikomiti under Computer Freehold Register NA599/151 – limited as to parcels.
