Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Ohautira Road, Waikato District Council

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall be vested in the Waikato District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portions of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA18A/551.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portions of land described in the Third Schedule to this notice are hereby stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA11B/1366.

(d) Pursuant to sections 119 and 120(3), declares the portion of land described in the Fourth Schedule is to be taken for severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA23B/1249.
