Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 12 May 2005 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being:

An estate in fee simple in all the land containing 1191 square metres more or less, being Lot 1 DPS 64555 described in Computer Freehold Register SA52A/439 (South Auckland Land Registration District)

be vested in the Tauranga Regional Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated, an incorporated society under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

This direction shall become final on 24 May 2010.

No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
