Further Notice to Public of Proposed Amalgamation
Further to the notice of the proposed amalgamation provided in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 March 2010, No. 25, page 562, additional notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that:

The board of directors of FRAMECAD IP LIMITED and LOWMAN CONSULTING LIMITED (being "the amalgamating companies") have resolved to amalgamate and continue as FRAMECAD IP LIMITED, which shall become the amalgamated company.

The new proposed date of amalgamation is 1 May 2010 (being not less than 20 working days notice from the date of the original notice of proposed amalgamation provided on 4 March 2010).

All rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will upon amalgamation be transferred to the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.

Charitable Trusts Act Notices
Estate of Sybil Mary Gaudin
Take notice that the executor and trustee of the Estate of Sybil Mary Gaudin, The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, has proposed a scheme under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 in respect of the property of a charitable trust.
Particulars
The scheme provides for the approval of a substituted charitable entity into the terms of the estate and charitable trust arising from the will of the late Sybil Mary Gaudin, that entity being the Royal Forest & Bird Protection Society of New Zealand Incorporated in substitution for Wildlife Rescue NZ, Auckland Branch.
The scheme is to be considered by the High Court at Auckland.
Date Proposed for Hearing
The proposed date for hearing of the application by the High Court at Auckland shall be on 31 May 2010 at 10.00am under CIV-2010-404-1974, in the matter of an application by the executor and trustee of the Estate of Sybil Mary Gaudin for the approval of a scheme pursuant to Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
Opposition to Scheme
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme shall give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland, to the executor/trustee (whose address for service is Level 4, Broker House, 14 Vulcan Lane, Auckland 1010 (PO Box 5020, Wellesley Street, Auckland 1141)), and the Attorney-General (whose address for services is Crown Law Offices, Level 10, Unisys House, 56 The Terrace, Wellington 6011) not less than 7 (clear) days before the date of the hearing.
