Land Acquired for Road—Bridge Valley Road, Tasman District

Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, and acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation,

the Conservator for the Whanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977.

Wildlife Act 1953

Amending a Proclamation That Revoked the Wildlife Refuge Status of an Area of Land

A Proclamation

I, The Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, Governor-General of New Zealand, pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, hereby amend the Proclamation made on 11 August 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 September 2009, No. 131, on page 3080.

That Proclamation is amended by adding the words

"declaring land in the Auckland Acclimatisation District a wildlife refuge"

between the words

"made on the 20th day of October 1959,"

and

"and published in the New Zealand Gazette".

I also declare that this Proclamation shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 30th day of March 2010.
