Road Realignment—Ohariu Valley Road, Wellington

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby declared to be road and vested in the Wellington City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules to be stopped and vested in John Morris Green and Roy Barry Kellahan and, pursuant to section 120(3):

(i) the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land described in Computer Freehold Register 384055, subject to mortgage B535439.5 and caveat 6609075.1; and

(ii) the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land described in Computer Freehold Register 232062, subject to mortgage B535439.5 and caveat 6609075.1.
