necessary or expedient for the peace, order, and good government of the Dependency, and to safeguard and preserve Her Majesty’s rights and sovereignty over and in respect of the Dependency:

D. It is now expedient that Julie Elizabeth Anne Patterson be appointed an officer of the Government of the Dependency:

Now therefore I, The Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand, the Governor-General of New Zealand, and as such the Governor of the Dependency, appoint

Julie Elizabeth Anne Patterson

to be an officer of the Government of the Dependency while she acts as Senior New Zealand Representative at Scott Base during the period beginning with this appointment and ending with the close of 28 February 2010:

I confer on Julie Elizabeth Anne Patterson, while she holds office as an officer of the Government of the Dependency,

all the powers exercisable in New Zealand by a Justice of the Peace:

Julie Elizabeth Anne Patterson is to exercise her functions at such places within the Dependency as may be directed by an officer of the Government of the Dependency who has the general executive and administrative authority in preserving Her Majesty’s rights and sovereignty and the laws in force in the Dependency.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General as the Governor of the Ross Dependency and issued this 18th day of January 2010.

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 95.55, the following amendments were designated with effect from 8 April 2010

  • The following IFR significant points are established:
    ORAKA, REEVE.

  • The following IFR approach procedures are disestablished:
    NZWN RNAV RWY 34.

  • The following IFR arrival procedures are established:
    Rotorua MIKER ONE ALFA, MIKER ONE BRAVO.

  • The following IFR approach procedures are amended:
    NZRO RNAV (GNSS) Z RWY 18, NZRO RNAV (GNSS) BRAVO.

  • The following IFR approach procedures are established:
    NZRO RNAV (RNP) Y RWY 18, NZRO RNAV (RNP) Y RWY 36, NZWN RNAV (GNSS) Y RWY 34, NZWN RNAV (GNSS) Z RWY 34.

Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 95.55, the following amendments were designated with effect from 3 June 2010

  • The following ATS routes are disestablished:
    H227, W451, Q607.

  • The following ATS routes are amended:
    H110, H117, H147, H191, H259, H264, H291, R326, H328, H343, H386, H467, H487, L503, M625, Y777.

  • The following ATS routes are established:
    H131, Q558, Q714, Q757, Q679, Q769, Q852.

  • The following IFR significant points are disestablished:
    ARNAD, GULOV, LALAP, PIKAV, PORAR, REGOT, UDUMO, UKLAP, OU NDB.

  • The following IFR significant points are established:
    AGIRA, APINU, BEGMU, CREEK, EKADU, ELMER, GOPLU, GUKON, IDBAD, KABKA, MEGUG, OMARU, OTOKO, RANBO, UVUPO, WARIK.

  • The following IFR departure procedures are disestablished:
    Gisborne NICK ONE, NUHAKA ONE, TUNA ONE, CRAY ONE.

  • The following IFR departure procedures are established:
    Gisborne NICK TWO, NUHAKA TWO, TUNA TWO, CRAY TWO, OHOPE TWO.

  • The following IFR arrival procedures are disestablished:
    Nelson ARNAD ONE.

  • The following IFR arrival procedures are amended:
    Christchurch ILS/DME or LOC/DME RWY 20, Paraparaumu RNAV (GNSS) RWY 16.

  • The following IFR arrival procedures are established:
    Gisborne CREEK1B, ELMER1A, ELMER1B, GS1A, GS1B, HAWKE1A, KOPUA1A, OTOKO1B, WARIK1B, Nelson RANBO ONE.
