Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Christchurch District Court on 11 November 2009 for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Code of Practice for Safety and Health in Tree Work – Part 1 (1994)
Notice that the Secretary of Labour has asked the Minister of Labour to review a code of practice pursuant to section 20(1)(a) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.
The current code sets out a statement of preferred work practices or arrangements for the health and safety practices in the arboriculture industry.
An industry working party has been reviewing this code and is seeking additional input and feedback on the original code to be incorporated into the draft that is being written.
The current code is available on the Department of Labour’s website
