Notice Under the Wine Act 2003 (Notice No. 248)
Pursuant to section 116 of the Wine Act 2003, notice is given of the issue on 21 December 2010 of the Wine (Recognised Agencies and Persons) Notice 2010 which comes into force on 1 January 2011.
A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry), South Tower, 68–86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
It can also be viewed on the NZFSA website
