Pursuant to section 17(1) of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order is The Timaru Agricultural and Pastoral Association Dissolution Order 2010.

(2) This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Dissolution of Association—The Timaru Agricultural and Pastoral Association is dissolved as from the date of commencement of this order.

Pursuant to section 3(1) of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order is The Southern Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporation Order 2010.

(2) This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Incorporation of Association—All persons who immediately before the commencement of this order, are members of the Southern Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association or who, on or after the commencement of this order, become members of the Association in accordance with its rules and with the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, are incorporated into a body corporate having the name “The Southern Canterbury Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporated”.

Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997

Notice of Removal of Trade Name Products From the Register (Notice No. 247)

Maree Zinzley, Senior Manager (Approvals Operations), ACVM Group, Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry (MAF) (New Zealand Food Safety), acting under delegated authority from the Director-General of MAF, gives notice under section 22(3)(b) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“the Act”) that the following trade name products are removed from the Register of trade name products (section 24 of the Act):

Under section 22(3)(c) of the Act, the above trade name products may continue to be sold and used (but not manufactured) until 11 November 2011, but not at any time after that date.
