Education (Identification of Bodies Providing Tertiary Education-related Services as Organisations) Notice 2010
Under section 159B(2) of the Education Act 1989 (“the Act”), the Minister for Tertiary Education gives the following notice.
Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Education (Identification of Bodies Providing Tertiary Education-related Services as Organisations) Notice 2010.

Commencement—This notice applies from the date of its publication.

Identification of bodies as organisations—For the purpose of Part 13A of the Act, the Minister for Tertiary Education identifies the following bodies, being bodies that provide tertiary education-related services, as organisations within the meaning of section 159B(1)(c) of the Act:
- WorldSkills New Zealand.
- Adult Community Education Aotearoa Incorporated.
