Declaration that Conservation Land Become a Reserve

Pursuant to section 8(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a sub-delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy for the Department of Conservation declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act, subject to the provisions of the latter Act, to be known as the Mount Bruce Scenic Reserve.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Declaration That the Conservation Area Become a Reserve to be Included in the Existing Opouahi Scenic Reserve

Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Conservator for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the land described in the First Schedule is held for conservation purposes, and further declares the conservation area to be set apart as a reserve, classified as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and included in the reserve described in the Second Schedule.

Māori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 66(5) of the Māori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Māori Development hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Māori Land Development Notice, Whanganui 2010, No. 3.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.
3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is released from being declared a water area.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Declared Road and State Highway, and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 1 Rangiriri, Lewis Street and Te Onetea Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
