Nothing in this notice requires an organisation to include in its Plan summary information which would:
(a) disclose a trade secret; or
(b) be likely to unreasonably prejudice the commercial position of the organisation; or
(c) prejudice or disadvantage the commercial activities of the organisation.

Notice of Recognition for the Electricity Supply Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
Pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, full recognition for the Electricity Supply Industry Training Organisation Incorporated as an industry training organisation has been granted for a further period of five years, with effect from 16 October 2010 until 16 October 2015, to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the management of power systems and assets, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the production, transmission and utilisation of the electrical energy industry.

Notice of Recognition for the NZ Commercial Road Transport Industry Training Organisation Incorporated (Trading as Tranzqual)
Pursuant to sections 5 and 8 of the Industry Training Act 1992, provisional recognition for the NZ Commercial Road Transport Industry Training Organisation Incorporated (trading as Tranzqual) as an industry training organisation has been granted for a period of two years, with effect from 16 October 2010 to 16 October 2012, to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the commercial road transport industry, the State Sector and New Zealand Defence Force for road transport-related operations, the stevedoring and port industry (including the New Zealand Defence Force) covering port cargo handling, ship loading and unloading, and port marine services and the road transport logistics industry (covering warehousing but not wholesaling), freight forwarding and distribution, specifically related to the receipt, transhipment and breakdown of bulk, and packaging for reconsignment.

Revocation of a Notice Declaring Land to be an Ecological Area and Adding the Land to an Existing Ecological Area
Under the Conservation Act 1987, and by reason of an error made in the notice, the Community Relations Manager of the West Coast Conservancy revokes the notice headed Declaring Land to be an Ecological Area and Adding the Land to an Existing Ecological Area dated the 18th day of August 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 August 2010 No. 108, page 2904.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Conservation Area and Issue of a Fresh Notice
Under section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Conservator for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice declaring that conservation land become a reserve, dated the 3rd day of October 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 October 1995, No. 110, page 3509, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
