Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation authorises the exchange of the reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

Classification of Reserves—Wyuna Bay, Coromandel, Thames–Coromandel District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby classifies the reserves described in the First Schedule hereto for recreation purposes and the reserve described in the Second Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve, and Appointment of the Nelson Creek Community Society Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve Board to control and manage the Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule and appoints Nelson Creek Community Society Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve, as Nelson Creek Recreation Reserve.
