Amending a Notice—Acquiring Land for Sewer Pipeline and Electricity Cable—Spring Creek, Marlborough
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of September 2009, acquiring land for sewer pipeline and electricity cable, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 October 2009, No. 145, page 3543, by deleting in the recital the words after "the Marlborough District Council" and by deleting the Schedule and replacing it with:

Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Vesting, and Land Acquired and Amalgamated—Sids Road, Grey District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice be acquired for road and vested in the Grey District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), vested in Bruce Murray Jones, Christine Fenella Jones and Charles Nelan Cabraal.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice be taken and amalgamated with the land in the Second Schedule hereto.
