I hereby further impose the following conditions and restrictions:

“That the arrival and departure of aircraft at this airport shall be limited to:

(i) aircraft operated by the New Zealand Defence Forces, Visiting Forces, and their supporting aircraft; and

(ii) aircraft required to divert from another Customs airport due to navigational requirements, stress of weather or other necessity; and in such circumstances, all passengers and goods must remain onboard the aircraft until disembarkation or unloading is permitted by a Customs officer; and

(iii) other aircraft, subject to Customs’ prior approval being obtained and at least three working days’ notice is given in seeking such approval.”

I, Philip Alan Powell Chitty, Group Manager Airports, acting pursuant to section 9(2) of the Customs and Excise Act 1996, hereby vary the designation of Whenuapai Airport previously known as

“All that area of the Royal New Zealand Air Force base at Auckland in the North Auckland Land District comprising 295 hectares, more or less, being parts of Blocks Vl and X Waitemata Survey District, known as Whenuapai Airfield, and being under control of the New Zealand Defence Force”

to

“The airport operated by the Royal New Zealand Air Force at Whenuapai”;

and impose a new condition and restriction on the airport operated by the Royal New Zealand Air Force at Whenuapai:

“That the arrival and departure of aircraft at this airport shall be limited to aircraft operated by the New Zealand Defence Forces, Visiting Forces, and their supporting aircraft.”

Appointment to the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Commission

as the deputy chairperson of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Commission, effective 27 October 2010 to 1 April 2012.

Notice of Variation to Appointment of Default KiwiSaver Provider – KiwiSaver Default Provider (ING (NZ) Limited) Amendment Notice 2010 (No. 3)

Pursuant to sections 180(1)(d), 180(2) and 184(1) of the KiwiSaver Act 2006, notice is given of a variation to the instrument of appointment appointing ING (NZ) Limited as a KiwiSaver Default Provider.

Pursuant to clause 10 of the KiwiSaver Default Provider (ING (NZ) Limited) Notice 2007, the Minister of Finance and Minister of Commerce jointly give the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—(1) This is the KiwiSaver Default Provider (ING (NZ) Limited) Amendment Notice 2010 (No. 3).

(2) In this notice, the KiwiSaver Default Provider (ING (NZ) Limited) Notice 2007*, dated at Wellington on the 2nd day of April 2007, as amended from time to time, is called the “principal notice”.

2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on 8 November 2010.

3. Principal Notice amended—The principal notice is amended as follows:

• In all places where they occur, including in the title and the Schedules, omit “ING (NZ) Limited” and substitute “OnePath (NZ) Limited”;
• In Schedule 1, omit “ING KiwiSaver Superannuation scheme” and substitute “OnePath KiwiSaver Scheme”; and
• In Schedule 2, omit “ING Conservative Fund” and substitute “OnePath Conservative Fund”.
