Take notice that on Wednesday 3 November 2010, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7637710.2 (Taranaki Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 162 Miro Street, Taumarunui, being all the land comprised in certificate of title TNA1/397.
The New Zealand office of GE Custodians is at 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland Central.
